How to Return / Replace an order

Products may be returned or replaced if they are eligible as per the information given below for each product’s page.

The pin codes served by our return courier partners are only eligible for pickup. When your return is processed at our fulfillment centre, you will either receive a replacement for the returned item or a full refund in the form of a shop credit or gift card that you may use on future purchases at Romitbosegolf.com. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is self-returned by the customer.

  • We offer a refund and exchange within four days of the goods being delivered.
  • Romitbosegolf.com will not be liable for any errors after the four days are exhausted.

There are some areas where we are unable to provide pick-up service as our courier partner does not cover specific areas. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, by any reputed courier company or speed-post.

Once your return is received at our fulfilment centre, we will send you a replacement against the returned product or a full refund in the form of a store credit or gift card, which can be redeemed during a future purchase at Romitbosegolf.com.

Refund: We will initiate the refund process only after the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact and must be unused and undamaged by you. After receiving within 24 hours refund will be made.

Replacement:

  • It will be processed within 48 hours after the request has been raised.
  • Directions for the request of return/replacement: Go to the ‘My Account’ section of the website and select the return or replace option for your current order if you are an existing customer.
  • Fill in the necessary details and wait for Romitbosegolf to respond with more information.
  • In case you have a guest account. Kindly contact our customer service team to arrange a manual pickup by writing an email to info@romitbosegolf.com. Customer service will arrange a pickup after the request is received.
  • If our return pickup courier partner does not cover your pin-code, you need to self-return the product to our warehouse by your preferred courier.
  • Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories that came with the product. The product and its packaging should be in re-saleable and brand-new condition.
  • Refund or replacement will be initiated once the product reaches our fulfilment centre and passes our quality check.
  • The transit time for the returned package to reach our fulfilment centre is generally 7-10 business days. The replacement product is provided directly to the customer upon receipt of the return, or reimbursement can be issued in accordance with the policy.
  • Orders are only eligible for cancellation if the cancellation request is received before the shipping of goods.

How to cancel your order

You can cancel the order till the delivery is to be done yet. You can do it from the ‘My Account’ section for the website, and select the order you wish to cancel and select the Cancel order option. Refund will be processed within 24 hours.
