Event capacity note: Entries are on first come – first served basis and will be stopped as soon as capacity for event is reached. This may be earlier than the last date of entry.

Category C, D, E (Sub Jr) & Category A & B (Feeder)
are playing on the same days.

Practice round for
CATEGORY A, B, C, D and E
Friday 20th October, 6am till 530pm. Registration to be done between 12 noon and 330pm.

Category ABCDE – tournament tee off
Round 1: Sat 21st Oct (Morning)
Round 2: Sun 22nds Oct (Morning)
Open to girls & boys aged 06 -17 yrs

Category A – 15 to 17 yrs
Category B – 13 to 14 yrs
Category C – 11 to 12 yrs
Category D – 09 to 10 yrs
Category E – 08 yrs and under

Entry fee of Rs 1800 & Tour registration of Rs 2500 from those who haven’t registered earlier already, will be taken on the day of registration a day prior to event as per age category by timings indicated above.

Documents required at registration for those who haven’t submitted at Earlier:
1. DOB certificate or passport (copy)
2. Two Photographs (passport size)
3. NHS certificate/ GHIN number

It is mandatory to submit a copy of handicap certificate (NHS) at registration for our records. Handicap Certificates from coaches will not be accepted.

For those who do not have a NHS – please visit http://www.igunhs.com
and purchase a 1year or 3 year junior subscription of the same. You will recieve a GHIN ID, which is mandatory for submission for your entry to be accepted.

A&B Category boys will not have caddies.

For other categories Caddies are available from the club only against pre booking – please send caddy requirement along with entry mail. Caddy fees per day from club will be at Rs 500.

Outside caddies will be allowed in Categories C,D,E and AB girls at an extra charge by the club.

No parent caddies are allowed.
